The associate will work across all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation, with direct client interaction and early responsibility. The platform is designed to give attorneys real ownership of their work in a lean, team-oriented environment.
Candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively. An active North Carolina law license is required.
This firm offers a collegial, no-jerk culture, a reasonable billable target, strong bonus potential, and a flexible, team-driven approach to hybrid work, along with structured mentorship and long-term growth.
