Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-perm opportunity with our client, a Dallas law firm. This position is 100% on-site and will support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Position Overview:
This role will work closely with 3-4 partners and play a key role in managing day-to-day litigation support, with a strong focus on docketing, e-filing, and case organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and enjoys keeping attorneys on track.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain case dockets, including tracking deadlines and filings
- Handle e-filing in state and federal courts
- Monitor dockets and ensure timely updates across all cases
- Prepare hearing binders and assist with deposition preparation
- Coordinate and manage hearing and trial calendars
- Draft and manage notices, filings, and related correspondence
- Schedule interpreters, hearings, and other case-related logistics
- Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain attorney calendars and proactively track deadlines and priorities
- Provide general support to attorneys to ensure smooth case progression
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Strong experience with e-filing and docket management required
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time and support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
