Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Overview
Looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically within the Workforce Compensation module. This is a highly technical role supporting compensation cycles, reporting, and system enhancements.
What You’ll Do
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM (Workforce Compensation)
Build and troubleshoot SQL queries and Fast Formulas
Support merit and bonus cycles
Develop BI Publisher reports & OTBI dashboards
Perform data loads using HDL/HSDL
Handle testing (unit + integration) and fix system issues
Qualifications (Very Direct)
Must have Oracle Fusion HCM experience (not optional)
Must have Workforce Compensation module experience
Strong SQL + Fast Formulas skills required
Experience with BI Publisher + OTBI reporting
Hands-on with HDL/HSDL data loads
5+ years in a BSA / Systems Analyst role
This is NOT an entry-level role-client needs someone who can step in and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.
