Our client is looking to add a Digital Content Marketing Production Associate to their team. This is a 12+ month contract role and would require you to go onsite to their office 3 days a week in Boston, MA.

This person will support the execution of recurring digital marketing and content production tasks across social, web, email, and campaign channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and experience working within established brand systems and templates.

The contractor will assist with the production and maintenance of digital assets and content, including social graphics, website updates, email formatting, publication support, recruiting campaigns, and other routine marketing deliverables. The role will work closely with members of the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Create social media graphics and digital assets using approved brand templates and established design systems.
• Resize and adapt existing graphics for various channels.
• Prepare production-ready image assets for publishing and distribution.
• Content entry, formatting, image placement, link updates & quality assurance (QA).
• Support recurring updates to employee bios, CVs, headshots, publications, and related web content.
• Maintain consistency across digital content pages by following established templates, formatting standards, and content guidelines.
• Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency across web pages and digital content.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing production, graphic production, web content management, or related marketing support roles
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and based web content formatting.
• Experience supporting email marketing production and QA processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite tools, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, preferred.
