Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Bilingual Communications & Operations Coordinator to support global operations through strategic internal messaging, content development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent communication across regional teams while supporting global collaboration, decision‑making, and company culture.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in Japanese and English (this is a must), and experienced in corporate communications or strategic operations within a fast‑paced, global environment.


Position Details

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Schedule: Standard business hours
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite, with flexibility as business needs require)
Location Requirement: Must reside in the Southwest Atlanta area
Start Date: After interview


Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Content Development

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with global operations goals
  • Create messaging, presentations, and communication materials to support collaboration and decision‑making
  • Partner with regional teams to share best practices and ensure messaging consistency

Platform & Content Management

  • Manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint
  • Coordinate content updates and ensure accuracy of shared information
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to maintain and improve communication tools

Employee Engagement & Program Support

  • Plan and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement across global operations
  • Assist in developing programs that reinforce company culture and organizational alignment

Operational & Analytical Support

  • Support communication needs for global operations meetings and initiatives
  • Collect and analyze operational data to create reports, charts, and presentation materials
  • Provide language and communication support to improve clarity and alignment across teams

Systems & Tools

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SharePoint and internal communication platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or strategic operations
  • Fluent English and business‑level Japanese proficiency required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
