Construction Estimator – Luxury Residential Construction
We are partnering with a respected local construction company based in the Coeur d’Alene area that specializes in building high-end custom and luxury homes. They are seeking a Construction Estimator to support project planning, budgeting, and bid development for residential construction projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Construction estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working on residential or custom home projects preferred
