Must Haves:
- 10+ years of IT PMO related experience (agile)
- People management experience
- Strong cross-functional experience across organization (legal, engineering, testing, product and marketing teams)
- Ability to manage multiple strategic projects at once
- Strong understanding of resource allocation in engineering/software related projects (good knowledge of SDLC)
- Experience delivering projects at different scales end-to-end
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
Day to Day:
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and providing direction to a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts. This may be “direct” management or “indirect” management. This position will project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and more. The Program Manager will also drive a portfolio of moderate to complex projects to completion while building development road maps and project schedules, and collaborating to resolve issues. This position has active involvement in managing multiple strategic projects that requires working with top Engineering resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.
