HR Generalists, we could use your help! Our client is looking for a tried-and-true HR professional to step into a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a busy team with a wide variety of employee-facing HR needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being a resource to employees, staying organized, and helping keep people, processes, and communication moving in the right direction.

As the HR Generalist, you would help with:

• Answering employee questions and providing day-to-day HR support
• Supporting onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and documentation
• Assisting with benefits communication and employee support
• Partnering with payroll and internal teams on employee records, timekeeping, and reporting
• Updating HR policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation
• Supporting employee engagement, recognition, and internal communication
• Helping with special projects and cross-training across related HR functions

To be considered for this specific position, you would need:

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
