Office Assistant
Client: A well-established and growing organization specaializing in renewable energy
Location: Denver Tech Center, CO (Onsite 4 days/week)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $25-$30/hour
About the Opportunity
Seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations within the Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to office management, executive support, and corporate operations while working alongside a collaborative and highly professional team. This role serves as a key resource for employees, visitors, and business partners by helping create a welcoming and efficient office environment. The position offers a blend of administrative, operational, and hospitality-focused responsibilities, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities and professional growth over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and support onsite guest visits.
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and office amenities.
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering.
- Distribute mail and assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Support general office operations and facilities-related requests.
- Help ensure a professional, organized, and well-functioning workplace environment.
- Provide administrative support to office leadership and broader team members.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Support document preparation, routing, execution, and signature collection.
- Help coordinate meeting materials and logistics.
- Assist with expense reporting and other administrative processes.
- Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in administrative support, office operations, reception, hospitality, customer service, or related functions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-service-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support a variety of business and operational needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
