Temporary Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Reno, NV (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract with Potential for Temp-to-Perm Conversion
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support to two attorneys.
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents in state and federal courts.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case schedules.
- Draft correspondence and assist with document production.
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and other case-related activities.
- Maintain electronic and physical case files.
Qualifications:
- Several years of civil litigation legal assistant experience.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
Additional Details:
- Immediate need.
- Fully onsite during training period.
- Opportunity to work remotely at least one day per week after training, based on business needs.
