Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Research Specialist to support the review, verification, and setup of new agent onboarding submissions. This role is ideal for administrative professionals who excel in document review, data entry, quality control, and professional communication.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Review agent onboarding submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Verify documents against established checklists and onboarding requirements
- Identify missing forms, signatures, fields, or supporting documentation
- Prepare concise summaries outlining deficiencies and outstanding items
- Draft professional email communications requesting missing information
- Review agent responses and validate completed submissions
- Create and maintain agency records within internal management systems
- Enter and validate data with a high degree of accuracy
- Download, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records
- Assist with ongoing file maintenance and documentation updates
- Ensure compliance with established onboarding procedures and documentation standards
- Manage multiple submissions while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, onboarding, data entry, compliance, or document review experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with technology and business software applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong written communication skills with experience drafting professional emails
- Accurate data entry and record management skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and process documentation
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
