Construction Project Manager (CSA / MEP / Electrical) – Austin, TX OR Open to Relocation

Our client is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility construction projects in Austin, TX. Candidates must have experience managing complex construction scopes within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar high-tech industrial environments. Semiconductor construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders
• Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Construction Project Management experience supporting semiconductor facilities
• Experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor fabs, clean rooms, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Experience managing MEP, CSA, Electrical, or Process Utility scopes
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 6 x 10-hour shifts per week (60+ hours/week)
• Team provides 24/7 project support, including nights and weekends
• 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours
• Significant overtime available throughout the project
• Long-term project supporting a major semiconductor facility expansion

• 100% ONSITE Austin, TX
