Beacon Hill Legal is assisting our in-house client on a priority search to add a commercial real estate attorney to their NorCal office. Ideal candidates will have experience with purchase & sale as well as commercial leasing.
In-house Real Estate Counsel:
This in-house role is with a fantastic, well-established company located in wine country.
- This is a unique opportunity to work with an established company in Northern California
- The CLO is flexible on the level of experience, since the ideal person will be a team player and a culture fit first and foremost – so long as one has acquisition experience and can run a deal from start to close
- This is an in-office role and will be based north of SF – they are open to relocation candidates
- It’s a 40-hr work week schedule
- The compensation will depend on experience, but the base range is ~$180k-230k; with ~15% annual bonus
- The company has extensive holdings nationwide, as well as leasing and development arms too
