The Houston office of a national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. To be considered, you must have at least five years of experience as a billing paralegal that includes Texas cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling cases through all phases of litigation
- Preparing legal documents including pleadings, complaints, motions, summonses, drafting summaries and responses
- E-filing with state and federal courts
- Case management, and keeping files organized
- Calendaring
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Preparing for trial, including creating exhibits, notebooks, and witness prep.
