Our client, a leading technology staffing and recruiting firm located in downtown Austin, is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter / Delivery Consultant to support nationwide recruiting efforts within the IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, and technology sectors. This individual will source candidates, build talent pipelines, manage recruiting processes, and partner with experienced consultants to fill critical technology positions throughout the United States. The position offers a structured career path with opportunities for advancement into a Consultant role and increased earning potential. This is a highly collaborative, metrics-driven work environment focused on professional development, team success, and performance-based rewards. This position is a direct hire that is hybrid, working onsite Monday through Thursday in downtown Austin, remote on Fridays, with hours of 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. This role pays a base of 45K with potential incentives adding 15K to the base!
Job Responsibilities:
* Source and recruit candidates for technology-focused positions across the United States
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines within networking, infrastructure, telecommunications, and IT markets
* Conduct candidate outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, and social networking tools
* Screen applicants and evaluate qualifications against client requirements
* Coordinate interviews and communicate updates throughout the hiring process
* Develop relationships with passive and active job seekers
* Maintain candidate records and activity within company recruiting systems
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting activity metrics
* Partner with consultants and hiring teams to support client hiring initiatives
* Stay current on technology hiring trends and labor market conditions
* Contribute to team goals and participate in office-wide incentive programs and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
* Previous sales, business development, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated competitive drive and desire to succeed
* Proven history of strong work ethic and reliability
* Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and building professional relationships
* Demonstrated job stability and tenure in previous roles
* Bachelor’s degree required
