The Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for high-volume positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves reviewing applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting interviews, and extending job offers to successful candidates. The Recruiter ensures that all steps of the hiring process are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Essential Functions:
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective candidates in the ATS to identify suitable applicants
- Execute structured phone and/or video interviews with potential candidates, utilizing standardized scripts to ensure consistency.
- Assess candidate qualifications, documenting responses, and determining their fit for the role
- Accurately evaluate candidates and extend offers within established compensation guidelines
- Follow up on incomplete offers, new hire paperwork, and missed appointments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding processes.
- Send out offers and new hire paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
- Conduct video-based I-9 verifications, reviewing documents for accuracy and authenticity to ensure compliance with federal Review training completions, initiate onboarding .
- Sources and/or conducts reverse recruitment for leadership roles
- Monitor onboarding reports and reach out to candidates to complete any outstanding new hire paperwork
- Review completed paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness before finalizing the onboarding process.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Experience:
- Associate degree in business or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or recruiting
Preferred Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- 2+ years of recruiting
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or with applicant tracking systems
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to organize tasks and perform work with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in learning and adapting to new software tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Calendar
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
