We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, order management, and internal operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy building relationships while supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account support.
  • Receive, process, and track customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Communicate with internal departments to coordinate order status updates and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding order progress, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage high volumes of email correspondence and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and order documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support functions.
  • Monitor customer requests and proactively address issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize company systems and software to manage customer information and order activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service, account management, order entry, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and dependability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
