Must Haves:
* Assist in visual design strategy and execution for complex programs (working cross functionally with designer, tech writers, product managers, etc)
* Translate customer insights, analytics, and feedback into scalable design solutions and reusable design system components.
* Strong knowledge/usage of accessibility standards (WCAG) and create consistent design guidelines, patterns, and reusable assets.
* Conduct competitive analyses, reviews, and research to identify evolving customer needs and industry (legal tech) trends.
* Comfortable using AI tools for design work, as well as using AI in day-to-day productivity (Claude-CoWork, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc) – designing for AI, using AI
Plusses:
* Financial or Medical industry experience
* AI exposure/experience
