A premier international organization is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee attorney staffing, team leadership, and operations for a high-performing Intellectual Property practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 12 professionals, including Paralegals and Technology Specialists.
- Oversee attorney staffing, workload allocation, and professional development.
- Partner with practice leadership on strategic initiatives, reporting, and operational planning.
- Drive onboarding, training, performance management, and team engagement.
- Support business development initiatives, pitches, and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in legal or professional services operations
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Law firm practice management experience preferred; professional services backgrounds also considered
