Corporate Paralegal (Capital Markets)

- Manage complex corporate transactions with limited supervision.
- Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal and transactional documents.
- Assist with public company and securities matters, including regulatory filings and corporate records.
- Support due diligence, legal research, and transaction closings.
- Prepare disclosures, agreements, questionnaires, financing documents, and closing materials.
- Maintain confidential information and improve document management processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction lifecycles.
- Assist with pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience with
- Capital markets, public company, IPO, corporate finance, or securities transaction experience.
- Knowledge of corporate and securities law and regulatory filing processes.
- Familiarity with SEC filings, corporate governance documentation, and transaction closing processes.
- Experience with legal research platforms and corporate governance tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
