Full Stack Developer (Java/React/Azure)

• Design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Node.js.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices supporting AI-powered workflows, media processing, and real-time integrations.
• Build backend services for video, audio, image, document ingestion, processing, and cloud-based storage.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, and related AI services to deliver transcription, document intelligence, and data extraction capabilities.
• Develop secure, cloud solutions leveraging Azure services such as AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, and Blob Storage.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integration frameworks across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architecture reviews, and hands-on development support to engineering teams.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, performance optimization, governance, and compliance initiatives across the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise application design and development.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience building Java/Spring Boot microservices and distributed systems.
• 8+ years of experience with React and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Strong expertise with Node.js, REST APIs, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Cognitive Services.
• Experience integrating AI/ML technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Document Intelligence, Computer Vision, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with Agile tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audio, video, image processing, or media streaming solutions.
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, WebSockets, or real-time communication frameworks.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Infrastructure-as-Code platforms.
• Background building Generative AI and AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and cloud platform engineering.
• Experience in regulated industries such as government, healthcare, financial services, or public safety.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar leadership role.
