Executive Administrator
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $45 – $55 an hour DOE
Position Type: Contract (5+ month duration)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives.
- Manage complex executive calendars, mettings and scheduling.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Prioritize and support leadership meetings, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
- Organize conferences, offsite meetings, team events, and departmental functions.
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Develop meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Collaborate with and provide backup support to the broader Executive Administration team, including local and global administrative partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive business information.
- Assist with additional operational, administrative, and project-related responsibilities as needed.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong project coordination and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work independently while also partnering collaboratively within cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
