Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Vulnerability Support
- Assist with remediation of operating system and third‑party application vulnerabilities on Windows and macOS endpoints under guidance from senior engineers.
- Review vulnerability findings and follow established remediation procedures.
- Execute patch deployments and configuration changes under supervision.
- Validate remediation outcomes and document results.
- Execute approved patching and remediation tasks using Intune, JAMF, SCCM/MECM, following established testing and deployment procedures.
- Validate remediation results, document outcomes, and escalate issues or failures appropriately.
