Join a collaborative legal services team supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple matters from contract through closing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, closings, and post-closing activities.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, lien and litigation searches, lease analysis, and related research.
  • Prepare and organize transaction documents, closing checklists, critical date trackers, entity formation documents, and closing materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, government agencies, and other transaction parties.
  • Assist with closing statements, title documents, organizational resolutions, affidavits, and closing binders.
  • Manage multiple active transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, title company, or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, title and survey review, entity formation, and closing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with legal and real estate transaction management platforms preferred.
  • Interest in leveraging emerging technologies and AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
