Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Product Liability/Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal to provide advanced, full-cycle litigation support. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who can manage complex matters from inception through trial and contribute immediately in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and case teams through all phases of product liability and mass tort litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
• Draft and review discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, pleadings, motions, correspondence, deposition materials, and summaries of transcripts and medical records.
• Manage document review, eDiscovery, productions, factual evidence, exhibits, case databases, and organizational systems for complex matters.
• Assist with deposition and witness outlines, cite-check and proofread filings, prepare trial exhibits, and operate trial support technology.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher, or a paralegal certificate, required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Strong defense litigation experience in product liability and mass tort matters, including hands-on trial preparation and trial support.
• Demonstrated proficiency with eDiscovery, document management, database searches, productions, and litigation support technology.
• Excellent judgment, communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and manage competing deadlines.
