Lead inpatient nursing practice, guide nurse managers, oversee staffing strategy, strengthen rehabilitation nursing, and drive quality and regulatory excellence across the hospital. This senior leader partners closely with executive nursing leadership and shapes care delivery systemwide.

Requirements:

10+ years nursing experience; 5+ years leadership
- RN State License

Master’s preferred; rehab certification preferred

Strong inpatient operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality background
