A highly regarded Minneapolis-area boutique firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (4+ years) to join a growing practice serving national retail, restaurant, franchise, and other sophisticated business clients. The firm is known for its work in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and multi-unit business expansion.
Experience should include:
- Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing and development matters
- Title, survey, and due diligence review
- Transaction management and closings
