Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity

Location: Downtown Denver, CO – hybrid onsite

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while helping drive efficient and effective hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to collect and manage candidate feedback.
  • Conduct resume reviews and support sourcing efforts for open positions.
  • Maintain job postings and candidate records within recruiting systems.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire communications.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business stakeholders to support hiring objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is preferred.
  • Professional services, corporate, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
