National Firm -Litigation Associate Attorney

The role involves handling a variety of general liability matters, including personal injury, motor vehicle, property damage, construction/labor law, and product liability cases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through closure.
- Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials.
- Manage caseloads while meeting billing and budget requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of litigation experience, defense litigation is preferred.
- New York Bar admission.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with third-party insurance coverage is a plus.
The firm offers an excellent benefits package and a collaborative work environment. This position offers a salary range of $130,000-$170,000, depending on experience and background.
