A law firm specilalizing in personal injury matters is seeking a Marketing Manager for their team.
Campaign & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for all external marketing vendors/agencies
- Oversee ongoing ad campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, and legal directories
- Coordinate with creative/design teams on ad creative, video, and campaign assets
Content & Brand
- Strategize with managing partners and attorneys to develop content that reflects firm messaging and case results
- Draft/oversee blog posts and case result write-ups
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Manage video/testimonial production schedules with creative vendors
Social Media
- Own the social content calendar and post frequently across firm channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,)
- Monitor engagement, respond to/escalate comments and messages
- Track social growth and engagement metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards (leads,conversion rates, ROI by channel)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Analyze intake data alongside marketing spend to identify top-performing channels
- Use analytics to recommend budget reallocation
Lead Generation & Intake Coordination
- Monitor lead volume and quality from all marketing sources
- Coordinate with intake team to ensure marketing leads are tracked and followed up on
- Manage CRM/marketing data
- Research and evaluate new marketing channels/opportunities
