Beacon Hill is searching for qualified candidates to join an AmLaw 2002 law firm with a sophisticated finance practice representing banks, financial institutions, and other lenders in complex commercial lending and real estate finance transactions.
The Work
* Represent lender clients in secured financing transactions
* Draft and negotiate loan documents
* Review title, survey, and due diligence materials
* Support complex commercial lending matters
The Ideal Background
* 3+ years of lender-side finance experience
* Commercial lending and real estate finance experience
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to run transactions efficiently
