We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Manager to support and enhance a global compliance program. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing compliance operations, optimizing systems and workflows, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and delivering executive-level reporting across a complex international organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual compliance training program, partnering with HR, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive completion and engagement.
  • Coordinate global compliance activities and help translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and operational controls.
  • Manage compliance reporting cycles, including data collection, analysis, dashboard development, and executive presentations.
  • Administer and optimize compliance systems, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Support third-party due diligence, vendor screening, anti-corruption compliance, sanctions review, and related risk management activities.
  • Develop and deliver compliance communications and training materials that simplify complex legal and regulatory concepts.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and collaborate with business partners to strengthen policies, procedures, and controls.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance operations, compliance program management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience administering compliance technology platforms and conducting risk assessments.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
