Our client is a nationally recognized intellectual property boutique seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of on-point experience; may consider as senior as counsel and non-equity partner level.

Candidates should have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in areas such as software, AI/machine learning, cloud computing, telecommunications, networking, semiconductors, or related technologies. USPTO licensure is required.
