Our client, a leading family office and wealth management organization located in North Austin, is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, assist with office organization, coordinate meeting preparations, manage supplies, and provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a small-office environment while wearing multiple hats. This is a quiet, collaborative office with a strong team culture and long-term growth potential. The position is fully onsite, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, with additional hours as needed, and is being offered on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors and serve as the front desk receptionist

* Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

* Accept and distribute deliveries and incoming mail

* Maintain organization of the mail room, break areas, and common spaces

* Set up and prepare conference rooms for meetings and training sessions

* Monitor and reorder office and break-room supplies

* Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant

* Assist with special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks

* Run local errands as needed

* Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for guests and employees

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience

* Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative support role preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

* Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes

* Valid Texas Driver’s License with reliable transportation

* Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail

* Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization positively at all times
