Are you looking for an opportunity to join a growing company where your work makes an impact? Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team and receive excellent benefits upon permanent conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies
- Handle credit memos, debit memos, and inventory cost adjustments
- Support weekly check runs and payment processing
- Maintain vendor records and track outstanding credits
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and answer questions
- Assist with freight costing and sales order support
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
