The Charlotte office of a highly regarded full-service national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join a successful team, and work in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will include:
- Title and survey review
- Performing legal research and collecting due diligence materials
- Drafting closing documents, easements, conveyance documents, signature pages and other documents needed for successful closings
- Preparing closing checklists and binders
- Maintaining communication with all parties involved in transactions and coordinating closings
