The Charlotte office of a highly regarded full-service national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join a successful team, and work in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will include:

  • Title and survey review
  • Performing legal research and collecting due diligence materials
  • Drafting closing documents, easements, conveyance documents, signature pages and other documents needed for successful closings
  • Preparing closing checklists and binders
  • Maintaining communication with all parties involved in transactions and coordinating closings
