I’m partnering with a well-established professional services organization in the Boston area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is 3 days hybrid following the first 2-3 months in office and pays $95-110k base salary depending on experience. Hands-on role with exposure to:
- Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
- General ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts payable oversight and process improvements
- Payroll administration and internal controls
- Audit support and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership
Ideal background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a Professional Services environment
- ERP experience (such as Sage, Deltek, etc.)
