Business Immigration Paralegal needed in the Atlanta office of a global firm. This paralegal will handle the preparation and filing of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
Successful immigration paralegal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal, excellent technical and communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage critical deadlines.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing PERM, HI-B, TN, O-1, L and E applications and petitions
- Drafting responses
- Performing research
- Communicating regularly with USCIS, employers and government agencies
- Providing regular updates regarding cases status to all parties involved
- Helping with special projects when needed
