QA Reviewer – Property Claims

Overview

A growing organization in the property insurance industry is seeking multiple QA Reviewers – Property Claims to join its team. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating property insurance estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with claim requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring property claims adjusting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with industry estimating software. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and revise property insurance estimates for residential and commercial property losses.
• Evaluate scope, pricing, labor, materials, diagrams, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies, provide technical feedback, and recommend corrections as needed.
• Manage a queue of claims and estimate reviews while meeting productivity and turnaround expectations.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and insurance professionals to clarify claim details and resolve estimate issues.
• Provide guidance on proper estimating practices and documentation standards.
• Maintain high quality standards while supporting timely claim resolution.
• Meet established metrics related to accuracy, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Property insurance claims or property estimating experience required.
• Previous experience as a Property Adjuster, Claims Adjuster, Independent Adjuster, or similar insurance-related role preferred.
• Experience using Xactimate preferred; experience with Symbility or similar estimating platforms will also be considered.
• Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred.
• Knowledge of property repairs, including roofing, flooring, water mitigation, and general construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to review estimates, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
