Schedule: Monday-Friday | Regular Business Hours
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite
Employment Type: Contract (3-6 Months) with Potential Extension
Pay Rate: $36-$38/hour, depending on experience

About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a growing hiring initiative. This position has been added to help manage increased recruitment volume and will work closely with site leadership, including direct partnership with Matt Weldon, to attract and hire talent across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and making an immediate impact on hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a workload of approximately 20-25 active requisitions at a time, supporting roughly 40 open positions across the site.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions including Quality, Safety, Supervisors, Area Leads, Trainers, and other operational roles, while supporting both internal mobility candidates and external hires.
  • Evaluate incoming applications and resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and operational teams.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate outreach through onboarding, including coordinating interviews, extending offers, processing hiring screenings and requirements.
  • Build and maintain job postings within the applicant tracking system while ensuring requisition details remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support sourcing and recruitment marketing efforts through a variety of channels to attract qualified talent.
  • Develop candidate pipelines through online job boards, community outreach, and strategic recruiting partnerships.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting support throughout the hiring process.

  • ISMCS Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Indeed
  • Job fairs and hiring events
  • Government employment agencies
  • Career centers
  • Staffing and recruiting agency partnerships

Qualifications

  • Previous full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and operational leaders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
