Job Description
This position supports the full system lifecycle including technical planning, design, development, integration, verification & validation (V&V), operations, maintenance, and disposal. The role requires collaboration across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering disciplines to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning, design, development, integration, and V&V activities across the total system lifecycle.
- Support system products from concept development through design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Incorporate cybersecurity design methods and standards into software and hardware infrastructure solutions.
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions that address business and mission requirements.
- Convert customer and product requirements into complete system solutions while accounting for technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Support software and hardware deployment pipelines and development factories.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition activities.
- Translate customer requirements into hardware and software feature definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Apply established standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize software, hardware, and cybersecurity expertise to develop and enhance mission applications.
- Troubleshoot and correct software defects and operational issues.
- Prepare operating instructions and maintain development documentation.
- Analyze system capabilities and resolve issues related to programs, input/output data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
- Ensure software standards are met and verify features and use cases are properly incorporated into implemented designs.

- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Git
- Ansible
- Kubernetes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift, or similar cloud technologies
- Helm
- Linux
- Security+ and/or CISSP certification
- ArgoCD
- CI/CD pipeline development, including automated builds, deployment pipelines, and security scanning
- Terraform
- Bash scripting
- Networking fundamentals
- Experience configuring and integrating COTS/FOSS products
- Software development experience with Java, Python, and/or JavaScript
- Experience with HADES
