  • Investigate production problems and develop practical corrective actions.
  • Review manufacturing data to identify process improvements.
  • Support improvements related to production efficiency, yield, quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Maintain technical understanding of manufacturing processes used across multiple production locations.
  • Develop action plans to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Maintain appropriate engineering and manufacturing documentation.

Supply Chain & Sustainability Support

  • Partner with Supply Chain and other internal groups on supplier and manufacturing-partner initiatives.
  • Support evaluation of materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes from an operational perspective.
  • Assist with environmental and sustainability-related assessments associated with products and external manufacturing.
  • Participate in supplier and manufacturing-site reviews as needed.
  • Support company initiatives related to responsible sourcing, environmental performance, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience within chemical manufacturing, batch processing, specialty chemicals, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Background in process engineering, production engineering, manufacturing technology, or technical operations.
