RF Engineer
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Type: Contract to Hire
We are seeking a hands-on RF Engineer to support next-generation network technology and advanced engineering initiatives. This individual will work in a lab environment performing RF testing, validation, troubleshooting, and hardware analysis while helping develop new testing methodologies and solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on RF testing and validation in a lab environment
- Utilize equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, antennas, and other RF/electronic test equipment
- Develop and execute test methodologies for new hardware and network technologies
- Troubleshoot RF, electrical, hardware, and integrated system issues
- Work across RF, wireless, optical, mechanical, software, and hardware engineering disciplines
- Help solve complex technical problems where established processes may not yet exist
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with RF testing and validation
- Strong experience working in a lab/test environment
- Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, antennas, and/or Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with hardware development, testing, simulation, or troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions independently
