Position Overview
The Consumer Bank organization is seeking a Product Owner to support critical business transformation and financial crime initiatives across multiple consumer banking platforms. This individual will partner closely with product, business, engineering, and operations teams to drive delivery of high-impact technology solutions focused on fraud prevention, identity and access management, authentication, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
This role is ideal for a Product Owner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Product Owner will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements, maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs, and helping engineering teams deliver solutions that improve customer experience and strengthen fraud controls.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analyst, or related experience
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
- Exposure to fraud prevention, financial crimes, identity management, authentication, or risk management initiatives
- Experience supporting digital product, technology product, or enterprise transformation programs
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
