Downtown Executive Assistant (Onsite)
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN (Full-Time, 100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $38 – $43/hour
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an experienced Downtown Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within a rapidly growing organization. This is a highly visible, high-impact role designed for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their work. This person will act as the “air traffic controller” of the office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing white-glove support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage high-volume email communications, drafting and responding as appropriate
- Plan and execute meetings, events, and team functions
- Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth, organized workplace environment
- Act as a central point of coordination across the leadership team and broader organization
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems with minimal direction
- Support special projects and initiatives as the company continues to scale
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or partners
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support a variety of personalities and tasks
