Receptionist (Bilingual Vietnamese)

We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy healthcare clinic in Fountain Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within the healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Collect co-pays and process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
• Assist with patient forms and other administrative tasks
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience
• Support multiple office locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or patient-facing customer service experience
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare environment preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC, Allscripts, or other EMR systems is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a high-volume setting
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel to a nearby office location
