We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic real estate firm in West LA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with high-volume, repetitive processes.

Accounts Payable Processor
-
Process up to 200 invoices a day for 13 Multifamily Home properties in Nexus

Process Hotel invoices
-
Processed security deposit checks for former tenants
-
Cut checks for Legal, Hotels and the Rehab/Construction department

Manage all hotel vendor relationships for month end close activities including payment status and issue resolution

Identify vendors that require specialized pay schedules and paid promptly
-
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.

Proficiency in data entry and document management systems.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-
Experience in property management industry is a plus.
