Dental Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for our dental practice. Your primary duties will include:
Job Duties:
- Answers incoming calls with a professional & pleasant tone
- Receives new patient calls
- Schedules appointments for patients
- Confirms patients’ appointments on hygiene or doctors’ schedule as assigned
- Must have the ability to answer patient questions related to their insurance
- Must quote accurate financial insurance information to the patients
- Completely work your assigned appointment book, exhausting all means to fill your appointment openings
- Assist as needed to fill other appointment books
- Answers practice’s voicemails on a regular basis
- Performs other tasks as assigned
