Our client, a financial data organization, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Research, track, and analyze information on existing customers and prospective clients to support pricing and sales decisions
- Assist with determining proposal and contract pricing, as well as sales credit allocation
- Perform customer and subscription account maintenance
- Research and resolve order processing issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Support sales operations and analytics functions through data analysis and reporting
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required or 4+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or research-focused roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data
- Experience supporting sales processes and operational workflows
- Salesforce experience required
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 6 month assignment
- $27/hr
- 37.5 hour work week
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA
