About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Client Service Associate to support financial advisors and manage back-end client account operations. This person will work behind the scenes and help deliver exceptional service to clients. This firm offers competitive wages, increased earning potential, and room for growth from within!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to a team of financial advisors
- Onboard and maintain new client accounts, optimizing operational efficiencies
- Enter client calls and manage all related documentation for completed deals
- Communicate with clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Coordinate thank-you notes and assist in planning advisor-client events
- Support team’s business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate at a financial services company
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
